The post-pandemic life seems to be getting closer. If it is one thing that is true about this pandemic it is that it really changed our ways of working and opened up for new possibilities.
When planning for the FMG post-pandemic ways of working we want to make sure we take the right actions for our employees – so we asked them what they want. During one week our employees were encouraged to shared ideas on what the post-pandemic work life might look like, and how they want to work. Crazy out-of-the-box ideas were encouraged as well as smaller improvement suggestions.
The campaign was a success, most of the organisation engaged in the conversations either by voicing their own ideas or by commenting and rating others’ ideas. The inputs ranged from “we shouldn’t have an office at all” and “we want to be able to travel” to “let’s have rescued pets at the office” and “we wish for both social and quiet spaces the office”.

To create this campaign we worked with Innovation 360 and used their tool Ideation 360.
We also made this ideation into a competition. We want to congratulate the winners: Mikka and Victor Edenvad shared the prize for “most engagement”, Amanda won the prize for “the most applicable idea” and Jim Baas won the prize for “most innovative and out-of-the-box idea”.
We look forward to trying to implement as many of the ideas as possible, we are looking at a very interesting future!
